You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your benzjl1 account at any time by contacting our support team. benzjl1 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. benzjl1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the benzjl1 Platform at the time of the transaction. These minimums are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. benzjl1 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within a few hours during standard Philippine banking hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. benzjl1 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated account suspended.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. benzjl1 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Depositing funds without the intention to engage in genuine gaming activity is prohibited.
4.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed on the Platform. benzjl1 will provide reasonable notice before applying any such fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, benzjl1's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your benzjl1 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. benzjl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if benzjl1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.5 Force Majeure. benzjl1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, power failures, or other force majeure events.
